Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We will always try our best and so long as it has not already been shipped that won't be a problem.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 working hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

I have purchased a used item, what accessories are included ?

We always use photo's of the actual item, any included accessories will be in the photo's.

Are there any photos of the product that I'm am buying?

All used, refurbished and open box products, include pictures of the actual product that is being sold. Brand new items will generally have generic pictures

What are "Open Box" products?

Open Box - A new and unused item with no signs of usage. The item may be missing its original packaging or user manual. Most are in the original packaging but not sealed.

The item may be a new and unused item with minor storage marks or cosmetic damage that will be listed in the description. Photos will also be available on the product page to view.

The product will always be fully functional and represent excellent value for money

Are your used items tested?

All used items undergo a through inspection and testing to confirm that they function as intended.

Electrical products powered by mains electricity, also undergo professional electrical safety testing to confirm that there are no safety issues and provide peace of mind

If you have supplied an email address or mobile phone number, you will receive tracking updates.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard free shipping normally takes 1 -4 working days. Next day delivery is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

My item has been damaged in transit ?

Please contact us with your order number and we will help to resolve the problem.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

If you’re not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, please contact us to arrage a return.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Changed your mind?

You can return your item within 14 days even if you have opened it for inspection. To obtain a full refund, it must be returned as new or in the case of used products in the same condition as sent and in a resaleable condition.

This means you must not use it, you should keep it in the original packaging and return it complete with all accessories.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Can I collect my order ?

Yes of course! Collection can be made Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm from Stretford in Manchester.
